2012 SUMMER COLLECTION

ellie.kate could not be more excited to present to you our newest collection of designs. It feels so good to say that we have been in production for over a year now.  Getting to this point has been quite an uphill battle. Throughout our struggles we have been learning from our mistakes and we are always improving on our previous work. This means this will be ellie.kate's best work yet! The new ellie.kate collection will be available July 14th at Shapes in Downtown Royal Oak.  So, before you come see us, here is a sneak peak of what you can expect! We hope you like what you see and we look forward to seeing you on the 14th!! ‘Til then let us know what you think!!

We are proud to say that ellie.kate is eco-friendly in every stage of the process from design to production. We are not contributing to the disasters below. We hope that everyone will strive to do this as well. Every little tiny baby step helps. So make today count and bust out those reusable water bottles or pick up a piece of trash. Feel free to plant a few trees while your at it.

THE BIG BRA HUNT

Are you looking for new ways to recycle? Here is the perfect opportunity to recycle old, new, unwanted bras and help others along the way.

BE HERE OR BE SQUARE

Black Friday is not only the biggest retail day of the year, it also marked the beginning of a four week run ellie.kate will be having at the Rustbelt Market in Ferndale, MI. This is our second appearance at the market and this time we will be extending our stay to four straight weekends.

We will be featuring all of our new fall and winter garments as well as some great cold weather gear to make the Michigan winter a little milder. Come enjoy live music, great people, and MICHIGAN made products. We look forward to seeing everyone at the market.

The Great Pacific Garbage Patch

We have started new efforts to make people aware of environmental issues so people will become more conscious consumers.  This video will make you think twice next time you go to purchase bottled water or other wasteful plastic products. Stay tuned for ellie.kate recycled and reusable shopping bags.

The Rustbelt Market was a huge success and we couldn't have made it happen without your support! In addition to having a successful weekend as far as ellie.kate sales we also received more support from our friends and family than we could have imagined. We can't express enough how much we appreciate the advice and support. We also received a lot of good feedback from the other vendors at the Rustbelt. It was lovely to work in a positive environment with passionate people. All in all our weekend at Rustbelt was positive reinforcement that ellie.kate is going places and we could not have done it alone. So once again here is a big THANK YOU for believing in us!
